Retainer:
A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total is required to hold the date of your session.
Payment
Can be made via Credit Card, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or Check.
Returned checks are subject to a $50 returned check fee.
Cancellation:
There shall be NO refund of the retainer. Payments towards the balance are non-refundable once paid. Cancellations must be in writing.
Copyright:
Title (possession) of and copyright to all images shall remain with Mandi Lyn Photography. It is illegal to copy, scan, or alter in any way, any of the images provided by Mandi Lyn Photography or her subcontractors without written permission.

Do you shoot destination weddings?
I do!
A Hotel fee of $150 is required if 1 (your event is farther than 40 miles from Vancouver, WA and 2 ) services are required past 8:00pm.
Will there be a second shooter?
Yes, Always!
